Why should I give?

Making a gift is like voting on Election Day. Your single vote may seem insignificant, but it’s the collective votes that make a difference. When everyone participates in giving to the Annual Fund, it’s like a collective vote of support for Haverford.

Additionally, an anonymous member of the Board of Managers will match your gift, making the act of giving even more meaningful, because it leverages additional vital revenue for the College.

How much should I give?

We recommend giving an amount that feels meaningful to you. If you have never given to Haverford before, it could be a gift of any size… tall, grande or venti. If you have given in the past but not recently, renewing your gift at any level might be meaningful to you. Or if you are a consistent donor, you might wish to continue your loyal support at the same level, or perhaps you are able to give more this year. The most important thing, though, is simply the act of giving.
